Narrative: The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Bruce Heath (28), of Dover. Heath was last seen at 3:23 a.m. when he left his residence on North Halsey Road on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is concern for his safety and well-being. Heath is described as a black male, 6’1″, 290 pounds.
