The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested four subjects on drug and firearms charges on Tuesday afternoon. During a drug investigation, officers learned that Nicole Szabo (37) and Jeremy Creppon (25) were in possession of a handgun and selling meth out of their residence in the 100 Block of Holmes Street.

On March 29th, officers stopped Nicole Szabo in a vehicle and located 6.8 grams of meth and 9mm ammunition. Szerbo advised officers that the handgun was at the residence on Holmes Street and that her boyfriend, Jeremy Creppon, was also there at the home. Creppon was also in violation of his probation. Officers then responded to the Holmes Street residence with an administrative search warrant.

Creppon refused to comply with officers and exit the room. At that time, the department activated the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) and Crisis Negotiation Team (CNT) to assist. After attempts to contact Creppon via cell phone and loud speaker, officers broke a rear window to deploy a “throw phone” to contact Creppon. When the window was broke, Creppon surrendered to officers without further incident. Creppon was in possession of 22 bags of heroin when taken into custody. During a search of the room that Creppon was in, officers located a 9mm handgun.

Officers also found 7.5 grams of meth and 216 bags of heroin in the garage, which had been converted to a bedroom that Milburn and Tinley resided in. The four juveniles were turned over to other family members.
