Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested Alvin Cunningham (18) on weapons charges following a traffic stop on Monday night. At approximately 9:03 p.m. on February 8th, officers contacted Cunningham who was stopped facing the wrong direction in the 300 Block of Fulton Street. During the stop officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car. Cunningham was detained without incident and during a search of the vehicle, officers located a 12 gauge shotgun concealed between the seats, brass knuckles, and 66 grams of marijuana.
Cunningham was released on an O.R. bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of a Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited
-Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Carrying Concealed Dangerous Instrument
-Possession of Marijuana
-Traffic Violation

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary of Dover Church of Christ that occurred early Sunday morning. Officers responded to the church located at 1156 South Governors Avenue at approximately 3:02 p.m. when the burglary was discovered. An unknown suspect broke the front glass door and entered the church. While inside, they rummaged through several items, but it did not appear that anything was stolen. Video surveillance showed a black male suspect enter the business wearing a yellow sweatshirt and black pants at approximately 3:40 a.m. and leaving nearly ten minutes later with a plastic bag.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested three female suspects for a home invasion that occurred early Friday morning. At approximately 1:30 a.m. on February 4th, 2022, a 20-year-old female victim heard loud banging at the front of her residence. Shortly after, a front window was shattered and three female suspect entered the home and began assaulting the victim and then fled in a maroon Nissan Altima. While on scene, officers observed the Altima with the suspects pass by them. Officer stopped the vehicle and arrested the three females without incident. The driver (Tierra Watson, 26) was found to be under the influence at the time of the stop. Raven Justice (25) was in possession of a handgun when contacted by officers. At the time of the incident, the home was occupied by the victim and her child.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested two suspects following a vehicle pursuit on Tuesday afternoon. Officers from the Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit received information that a suspect (Cody Fulton, 26) was staying at a residence in the Dover East Mobile Home Park on S. Little Creek Road. Fulton was wanted out of Baltimore County Police for Attempted Homicide stemming from an incident that occurred in November of 2021. Officers conducted surveillance and observed a gold Honda Accord from the residence in the 100 Block of S. DuPont Highway that was occupied by two male suspects. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle in the area of Fork Branch Road and N. DuPont Highway and the suspects fled. Officers pursued the vehicle on Fork Branch Road to Pearsons Corner Road, then through the town of Cheswold, and eventually to a dead end in the Holly Hills Mobile Home Park in Smyrna where both suspects were arrested without further incident.
During a search of the vehicle, the following items were located:
-9mm handgun (reported stolen out of Columbia, SC)
-7.6 grams of Fentanyl
-12 grams of Crack Cocaine
-161 doses of Oxycodone
Cody Fulton was committed to SCI on a $287,500 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl
-Possession of Fentanyl
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine
-Possession of Crack Cocaine

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Dustin Gondeck. Gondeck was reported missing by family on February 1st, 2022 and was last seen January 27th, 2022. Gondeck is diagnosed with a condition that is cause for concern for his health and has made previous statements to family and friends that are concerning for his safety as well. Gondeck is a white male, 5’10”, 165 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. Gondeck was last seen wearing a tan Carhartt jacket, a baseball cap, and an unknown color sweatshirt and pants. Gondeck also has large ear gages and a tattoo that reads “Suicide Silence” on his face.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested George Coulter on weapons charges during a traffic stop on Tuesday morning. Officers stopped Coulter for a motor vehicle violation in the 200 Block of S. DuPont Highway at approximately 1:51 a.m. on February 1st, 2022. When they contacted Coulter, they observed the barrel of a handgun sticking out from the center console. Officers detained Coulter without incident and retrieved the loaded firearm.
Coulter was released on an O.R. bond after being charged with Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
