Narrative:The Dover Police Department has issued a Green Alert for Joseph Carey, 28, of Dover. Carey was last seen in the area of Delaware State Police Troop 5 at approximately 11:20 a.m. on August 6th, and he has not been seen since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being. Carey is described as a white male, 5’08”, 215 pounds. Carey was wearing a green hat, a red shirt with “Dewey” on the front, shorts and brown sandals when he was last seen. If you have any information on Carey’s whereabouts, please call 302-736-7111.

Narrative:The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Christian Stafford, 18, of Dover. Stafford was last seen in the 100 block of Derbyshire court at 9:30 a.m., and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being. Stafford is described as a white male, 5’10, 210 pounds. Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that resulted in a vehicle being damaged Sunday evening. The investigation began at 6:26 p.m., when Officers made contact with the victim’s, a 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male, both of Dover. The investigation revealed that the victim’s were in a vehicle on South Kirkwood Street when they were approached by a black male, who shot the vehicle, then fled. No injuries were reported as a result of this shooting.

There are currently no leads to release at this time.

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has arrested Adam Fullman, 20, of Frederica, on drug and firearm charges following a traffic stop Saturday night. The investigation began at 9:08 p.m., when Dover Police Officers stopped Fullman in a vehicle as part of an on-going investigation. Fullman was taken into custody without incident and a search of the vehicle revealed the following items:
-65.7 grams of marijuana
-packaging material
-money
-loaded M&P .22 caliber short barrel rifle with an obliterated serial number
-loaded Bersa thunder .380 handgun

Fullman was transported to Dover Police Department where he was processed and arraigned.

He was committed to SCI on $76,400 secured bail on the following charges:
-Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (2x)
-Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance
-Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number
-Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited (2x)
-Possession of a Marijuana
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Fullman is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that resulted in two occupied homes being damaged Saturday afternoon. The investigation began at 3:16 p.m., when Dover Police received a call for shots fired in Dover Park, 1200 White Oak Road. Officers responded and located several spent shell casings in the area. The investigation revealed that two occupied homes in Manchester Square were damaged as a result of this shooting. No injuries were reported.

There are currently no leads to release at this time.

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Martin Brennan, 81, of Hartly, DE. Brennan was last seen at Bayhealth Kent Campus on July 28th, 2024 at approximately 11:30 p.m., and has not been seen or heard from since. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being. Brennan is described as a white male, 5’8″, 150 pounds, blue eyes and a beard. He was wearing a yellow hospital gown when he was last seen.
