Victims Bill of Rights
DELAWARE’S VICTIMS’ BILL OF RIGHTS
The first comprehensive piece of victims’ right legislation in Delaware was signed into law in 1992. The law mandates that crime victims and survivors remain informed about the criminal justice process. The statute also extends notification and participation rights to crime victims/survivors.
