EVIDENCE UNIT

The City of Dover Police Department employs two civilians to oversee the storage of evidence.   The evidence accountability duties of these positions are extremely critical to maintaining the department’s highly successful record for solving criminal cases in court. In addition, the technicians also perform other police functions and attend city events as requested.
