Dover Police Investigates Robbery/Carjacking 9-4-15

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department is investigating a robbery and carjacking that occurred Thursday, September 3rd.  At approximately 10:22PM, two unknown suspects (both described as black males 18-25 years old), were provided a ride by a male victim to the 7-11 at the Hamlet Shopping Center.  Once they arrived, the suspects displayed firearms and demanded the victims money.  After taking an undislosed amount of cash and his cellphone, the victims took the victims vehicle (Black 2005 Cadillac CTS)
