Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 35-year-old. Frederick Johnson was last seen on Tuesday, December 31st at approximately 9:44PM leaving his residence in the 100 Block of Spruance Road.  Johnson made statements that raise concerns for his safety prior to his leaving the residence.  He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.  If you have any information on Johnson’s whereabouts, please contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.

Dover Police Issue Gold Alert for Missing 86-Year-Old 12-31-2018

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 86-year-old. Wilber “Eugene” Bray was last seen on Tuesday, December 31st at approximately 9:00AM driving a red Chevrolet Ventura van (DE TAG: PC51421) in the area of S. Little Creek Road.  Bray suffers from a condition that may pose a threat to his well-being if not monitored properly.  Bray’s clothing description is unknown, but he is 5’10” and 140 pounds.   If you have any information on Bray’s whereabouts, please contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 19-year-old. DeWayne Bowens was last seen on Tuesday, December 31st at approximately 8:00AM walking in the area of the 1300 Block of Forrest Avenue.  Bowens suffers from a condition that may pose a threat to his well-being if not monitored properly.  Bowens was last seen wearing a black and grey “Jordan” jacket, blue jeans, and black and white Nike sneakers.   If you have any information on Bowens’ whereabouts, please contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.

Probation Search Leads to Drug Arrest 12-21-2018

Incident/Complaint#:  50-18-42027 Date/Time:   Thursday, December 20th, 2018 at 2:05PM Location:   1200 Block of Harrison Drive, Dover, DE Officer Releasing Information:   M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer Narrative:  Dover – The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested Tyrone Harrell (33) during an administrative search of his residence on Thursday afternoon.  Officers from the Dover Police Department assisted Delaware Probation and Parole with the search which led to the discovery of the following: -8.4 grams of crack cocaine -$3,190 in Drug Proceeds -Packaging Materials/Paraphernalia Harrell received a $13,500 unsecured bond on the following charges, but was committed to SCI on a Violation of Probation: -Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack Cocaine -Possession of Crack Cocaine -Drug Paraphernalia

Search Warrant Leads to Arrest of Dover Man on Drug and Firearms Charges 12-20-2018

Incident/Complaint#:  50-18-41863 Date/Time:   Wednesday, December 19th, 2018 at 10:22AM Location:   300 Block of William Street, Dover, DE Officer Releasing Information:   M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer Narrative:  Dover – The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested Gary Stanley (34) on several drug and firearm charges during a search warrant on Wednesday morning.  Officers executed a search warrant at Stanley’s residence in the 300 Block of William Street as a result of a drug investigation.  Officers seized the following items during the search: -6.8 grams of crack cocaine -1,096.1 grams of marijuana -90 doses of Oxycodone -9mm handgun -packaging material/paraphernalia Stanley was committed to SCI in default of $123,500 secured bond on the following offenses: -Possession of a Firearm During Commission of Felony -Possession of Firearm/Ammo by Person Prohibited (3x) -Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana -Possession of Marijuana -Possession of Oxycodone -Possession with Intent to Deliver Oxycodone -Drug Paraphernalia

Dover Man Arrested on Drug Charges During Search Warrant 12-119-2019

Incident/Complaint#:  50-18-41748 Date/Time:   Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 10:35AM Location:   100 Block of Cherry Drive, Dover, DE Officer Releasing Information:   M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer Narrative:  Dover – The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested Frank Brown (46) on several drug charges following a search warrant on Tuesday morning.  Officers executed a search warrant at Brown’s home in the 100 Block of Cherry Drive in reference to an ongoing drug investigation.  Brown was initially seen leaving his home in a black Cadillac Escalade, but was stopped and taken into custody just prior to the search warrant being executed.  during the search, officers discovered several prescription drugs that were intended for re-sale, as well as $86,859.00 in suspected drug proceeds. Brown was committed to SCI in default of $70,250 cash bond on the following charges: -Possession with Intent to Deliver Rx Drugs (Tier 4) -Possession of an Rx Drug (Tier 4) -Possession with Intent to Deliver Rx Drugs (Tier 2) -Possession of an Rx Drug (Tier 2) -Drug Paraphernalia

Search Warrant Leads to Drug and Firearms Charges for Dover Man 12-14-2019

Location:   700 Block of Bacon Avenue, Dover, DE

Officer Releasing Information:   M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer

Narrative: 

Dover – The Dover Police Department executed a search warrant in the 700 Block of Bacon Avenue on Wednesday, December 12th in reference to a drug investigation.  As a result, officers seized a total of 2,507 grams of marijuana and a .357 revolver.  The suspect, Bradley Parker (31), was not present at the time of the search.  Parker did turn himself in on Thursday, December 13th and was charged with the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Marijuana
-Drug Paraphernalia

Parker was released after posting $89,200 secured bond on those charges.
