Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Green Alert for a missing Dover man.  James Fizer (40) was last seen leaving his home on Katrina Way in Dover in a black 2005 Ford Explorer.  He was last seen wearing a green Carhart jacket, tan pants, and tan boots.  Fizer is approximately 5’8″ tall, stocky build, with black hair, a trimmed black beard, and glasses.  Fizer has a condition that may present issues with his health if not monitored and treated correctly.

Suspect Arrested in 7-11 Robbery 4-10-2019

Date/Time: Tuesday, April 9th, 2019 at approximately 11:32PM

Location:  7-11, 654 N. DuPont Highway, Dover, DE

Officer Releasing Information:   M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested 39-year-old Bryan Neal on robbery charges after robbing a 7-11 store on N. DuPont Highway on Tuesday night.  Neal entered the 7-11 business at approximately 11:32PM and displayed a knife, demanding money.  Neal fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and four packs of cigarettes.  A short time later, patrol units checking the area, located Neal in the area of Nimitz Drive and Miller Drive.  Neal attempted to flee from officers, but did give up and was taken into custody without incident.

Neal was committed to SCI on the following charges:
-Robbery 1st Degree
-Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Deadly Weapon by Person Prohibited
-Resisting Arrest
