Green Alert Cancelled for Dover Man 4-10-2019

UPDATE: The Green Alert issued for James Fizer has been cancelled after he was successfully located in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Green Alert for a missing Dover man.  James Fizer (40) was last seen leaving his home on Katrina Way in Dover in a black 2005 Ford Explorer.  He was last seen wearing a green Carhart jacket, tan pants, and tan boots.  Fizer is approximately 5’8″ tall, stocky build, with black hair, a trimmed black beard, and glasses.  Fizer has a condition that may present issues with his health if not monitored and treated correctly.
