Narrative: 

Dover Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the area of Courtside Drive, at approximately 1:48AM on Sunday morning.  During that time, several shots were fired following a party in the area.  One round entered a residence and struck a bathroom door and another round struck an occupied vehicle.  No injuries occurred as a result of this incident.

Two Shot in Manchester Square Neighborhood 5-24-2019

Narrative: 

Dover Police are investigating a shooting that left a man and woman injured on Thursday night.  At approximately 10:31PM, the male and female victim were outside a residence in the Unit Block of Stevenson Drive in the Manchester Square neighborhood, when two unknown black male suspects approached and fired multiple shots at them.  Both the male and female victim were struck once in the the lower extremities and taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.  The suspects were described as black males, with one wearing all black, and the other wearing a black and white jacket.

Man Shot Multiple Times During Home Invasion 5-24-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a home invasion that left a 32-year-old man injured with several gunshot wounds.  At approximately 6:35AM, two black male suspects broke a front window to  a home in the 400 Block of S. Governors Avenue and encountered two male subjects.  Both of the men fled from the suspects with one exiting a second floor window and another hiding in a bathroom.  The suspects fired multiple shots, striking the male victim that was in the bathroom in his lower extremities.  The victim is in stable condition at an undisclosed hospital and being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Shots Fired at Entrance to Manchester Square 5-21-2019

Narrative: 

Dover Police are investigating a shooting incident that occurred at the entrance to Manchester Square on Monday night.  At approximately 11:47PM, a 36-year-old male was leaving the Manchester Square community and turning onto White Oak Road, when a black SUV pulled in front of him and a black male passenger fired several rounds in his direction.  The victim fled and stated that the suspect vehicle followed him, continuing to fire rounds in his direction.  The victim was not injured in this incident.

Dover Police Investigating Two Shooting Incidents at Barrister Place 5-20-2019

Narrative: 

Dover Police are investigating two shooting related incidents that occurred in the 400 Block of Barrister Place.  On Saturday, May 18th, 2019 at approximately 2:30AM, an unknown suspect(s) fired multiple shots in the area.  Several hours later, a resident discovered that a bullet had struck a window and entered the first floor of the home and notified police.

The second incident occurred on Sunday, May 19th, 2019 at approximately 2:49AM, when a 27-year-old male victim hears several gunshots coming from the area of the intersection of Barrister Place and S. Little Creek Road.  The victim ran, but was struck once in the right leg.  The victim was driven to a local hospital by a known acquaintance and was treated for non-life threatening injuries.  Two vehicle were also struck in he 400 Block of Barrister Place as a result of this incident.

Subject Wanted for Domestic Related Assault 5-17-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is seeking a suspect in connection with a domestic related assault that left a female victim with severe injuries.  Officers responded to a residence in Dover at approximately 4:41AM and located a female victim with severe trauma to her head and face that occurred as the result of a physical altercation with Anthony Stevens (39).  The victim was transported to a nearby hospital where she was then transferred to an out-of-area hospital for treatment for the injuries she sustained.  

Stevens is a 39 year old male that is 5’9″ and approximately 185 pounds with brown hair and eyes.  He may be operating an older model Buick that is red in color.

Burglary at C.F. Schwartz Auto Dealer, Vehicle Stolen 5-15-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at the C.F. Schwartz Auto Dealership.  Sometime between 9:00PM on Monday, May 13th and 8:00AM on Tuesday, May 14th, an unknown suspect(s) had entered the dealership by breaking a glass door at the rear of the business.  Once inside, the suspect removed two dealer tags and the keys to an unregistered 2013 blue Chevrolet Equinox.  The suspect fled in the Equinox and it has not been located since the incident.

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at Piercing Pagoda.  Sometime between 9:15PM on Saturday, may 11th and 10:15AM on Sunday, May 12th, an unknown suspect(s) had entered the mall and stole approximately 180 pieces of jewelry from the Piercing Pagoda by breaking the front door of a display case.  The suspect(s) then fled the area.
