Two Arrested on Firearms Charges During Traffic Stop

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested a pair of brothers on firearms charges during a traffic stop on Wednesday night. At approximately 9:41 p.m., officers stopped Tylis Randall (18) and Michael Randall (20) for a traffic violation. Both brothers were in possession of black “fanny packs.” During a search of the vehicle, officers discovered a loaded handgun in each of the packs the suspects possessed. The pair was arrested without incident.
Tylis Randall was committed to SCI on a $7,600 cash bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm/Ammo by Person Prohibited (2x)
-Carry Concealed Deadly Weapon
-Traffic Offenses
Michael Randall was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond on a single charge of Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon.
