The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Christopher Mason, a 26-year-old Dover man. Mason suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Mason is described as a white male, 5’9″ in height, approximately 200 pounds with dirty blonde hair, and brown eyes. Masonn was last seen leaving Bayhealth Kent Campus on September 22, 2022 at approximately 03:00 a.m. At the time, he was wearing a black five finger death punch shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a 23-year-old Dover man injured Sunday morning. Officers responded to Bayhealth Kent Campus at 4:49 a.m. for the report of a male with several gunshot wounds. Officers contacted the victim, who advised that he was in the area of South New Street and West Reed Street when he was shot. The victim was uncooperative with Detectives and would not provide any additional information or suspect description.
Officers checked the area where the victim stated he was during the shooting and located several spent shell casings from this incident.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department has arrested Tyrese Payne, 31, of Dover, following four armed robberies that occurred within the past week. The investigation began on Saturday, September 3, 2022, when a victim contacted Dover Police and advised that he was robbed at gun point in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory, 515 North Dupont Highway, by two black males, one of which was armed with a handgun at approximately 12:09 a.m. The suspects obtained an undisclosed amount of money from the victim and fled on foot.
A second victim contacted Dover Police on the same date and advised that he was robbed at gun point in the parking lot of One Stop, 1102 Whiteoak Road, by two black males, one of which was armed with a handgun at approximately 1:20 a.m. The suspects stole the victim’s vehicle during this incident and fled. The vehicle has since been recovered.
The third victim contacted Dover Police on the same date and advised that he was robbed at gun point in the parking lot of Lake Club Apartments, 400 North Dupont Highway, by two black males, one of which was armed with a handgun at approximately 2:00 a.m. During this incident, the suspects ordered the victim to drive them around and obtained an undisclosed amount of money from him before being dropped off a local hotel.
On Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 1:38 a.m., Dover Police took the report of an armed robbery at Lake Club Apartments, 400 North Dupont Highway. It was reported that two black males approached the victim, displayed a firearm, and demanded his property. The victim turned over an undisclosed amount of money and other property to the suspects. The suspects then fled in an unknown direction. The suspects were described as a black males, wearing all black. The victim also described one of the suspects as wearing a black bag across his chest. At approximately 2:51 a.m., patrol officers observed Payne and a currently unidentified black male, matching the description of the suspects, in the parking lot of St. Andrews Church, 425 North Dupont Highway Dover, DE. Officers were able to take Payne into custody without incident, however the second suspect fled on foot and currently has not been identified. A canvas of the area that the suspect fled was conducted, which resulted in officers locating a bag that contained a silver and black BB gun. Officers also recovered a portion of the victim’s property from Payne.
Payne was transported to Dover Police where he was arraigned and committed to SCI on $110,000 cash bail on the following charges:
-Robbery First Degree (x4) -Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (x3) -Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony (x3) -Conspiracy Second Degree (x4)

Narrative: The Dover Police Department has arrested Bryan Say, 30, of Dover, DE, following a robbery complaint Saturday morning. At approximately 11:44 a.m., Dover Police received a report of a robbery that occurred at a room at the Kent Budget Inn. Officers responded and contacted the victim who told them that Say came to her room, displayed a firearm, and demanded property from her. The victim turned over her cell phone and an undisclosed amount of money, and Say fled toward Towne Point. Officers checked the area and located Say, at which time he was taken into custody without incident. Additionally, officers checked the area Say fled after this incident and located the firearm used.
Say was committed to SCI on $53,000 secured bail on the following charges: -Robbery 1st -Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony -Aggravated Menacing
**UPDATE** The Dover Police Department is cancelling the Gold Alert for Autumn Dischar. Dischar has been located and was transported to Bayhealth Kent Campus for an evaluation.

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Autumn Dischar, a 13-year-old Dover girl. Dischar suffers from multiple conditions that may pose a risk to her health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Dischar is described as a white female, 5’3″ in height, approximately 105 pounds with brown hair, and brown eyes. Dischar voluntarily left her residence at approximately 6:45 p.m. At the time, she was wearing a blue dress with white floral print, black sweatpants, and no shoes. She was last seen walking toward South Governors Avenue from Monroe Terrace.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department has arrested Mark Coleman, a 33-year-old Maryland man, for kidnapping and rape after an incident that occurred September 3rd, 2022. At 2:24 a.m. on September 3rd, the Delaware State Police took the report of a rape involving a 14-year-old female of Dover. After speaking with the victim, it was determined that the incident occurred within the City of Dover and the investigation was turned over to Dover Police Department detectives. Detectives learned that Coleman is known to the victim and picked her up from a residence outside of the City. Coleman then drove her to a vacant business in the area of 730 West Division Street Dover, DE. While at the business, Coleman began to physically assault the victim and prevented her from exiting the vehicle. After Coleman physically assaulted the victim, he began to sexually assault her. The victim was able to escape the vehicle by kicking and fighting with Coleman and eventually call 911 from a passerby’s cell phone. Coleman then fled the area in an unknown direction. The victim was taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus and treated for injuries sustained during this assault.
Shortly after this incident, Detectives obtained warrants for Coleman, however were unable to locate him at that time.
On 09/08/2022 Coleman was taken into custody by the Middletown Township Police Department in Pennsylvania after being contacted on an unrelated complaint.
Coleman is currently being held in Bucks County Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Delaware on the following charges: -Kidnapping Second Degree -Rape Second Degree -Assault Second Degree -Theft Under $1500 (2x) -Terroristic Threatening -Unlawful Sexual Contact Second Degree
The relationship between Coleman and the victim is being withheld to protect the identity of the victim.

The Dover Police Department is seeking assistance in locating 12-year-old Sleenah Poole, of Dover, DE. Poole was last see leaving her residence in the unit block of Meadow Garden Lane at approximately 6:21 p.m. on Thursday. Poole is a black female, approximately 4’8″, 140 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes. Poole was last seen wearing a pink t-shirt, purple tye-dye pants and black shoes. Poole is believed to be a voluntary runaway and attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful.
