Narrative: The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jerome Barlow(41), of Dover. Barlow was last seen at approximately 7:19 p.m. in the area of Dover Behavioral Health, 721 Horsepond Road Dover, DE. Attempts to contact or locate him have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for his safety and well-being. Barlow is described as a black male, 6″1″, 180 pounds.
