Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that damaged a home and a vehicle on Friday evening. The investigation began at 7:41 p.m., when Dover Police were called to Hitching Post Drive for the report of shots fired. Upon arrival, Officers located evidence that a shooting had occurred. The ensuing investigation revealed that an occupied home in the unit block of Hitching Post Drive and an unoccupied vehicle had been shot. Thankfully, no injuries occurred as a result of this incident.

There are no leads to release at this time.
