Narrative: The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Benjamin Moore,28, of Dover, DE. Moore was last seen at Dover Behavioral Health at 9:47 a.m. Sunday, where he was obtaining treatment for an undisclosed condition. Moore is a white male, with Blonde/Brown hair, brown eyes, 5’8″ in height, and 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing green hospital scrubs.
