Narrative: The Dover Police Department arrested 20-year-old Noah Blake and a 17-year-old juvenile during a firearms investigation Wednesday morning. The investigation resulted in the seizure of three firearms, including a handgun equipped with a machine gun conversion device.
At approximately 11:55 a.m., members of the Dover Police Department, Delaware Probation and Parole, and the Delaware State Police Kent Drug Unit conducted a traffic stop for traffic violations in the area of 318 North DuPont Highway.
During the stop, officers located two 9mm handguns inside the vehicle. One was a Polymer80 “ghost gun” equipped with a machine gun conversion device, enabling the firearm to fire fully automatically.
As the investigation continued, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Ashby Lane with assistance from the Delaware State Police Kent Drug Unit. An additional 3D-printed handgun was located and seized.
“This investigation reflects the hard work of our Dover officers and the strong partnerships we have with the Delaware State Police and Delaware Probation and Parole,” said Chief Thomas A. Johnson, Jr. “Their combined efforts took dangerous weapons off our streets and helped make our community safer.”

Blake was charged with the following offenses:

Narrative: The Dover Police Department has arrested Jose Dominguez-Morales, 44, of Dover, following a burglary at the Dover Hollywood Diner early Monday morning.
At approximately 1:00 p.m. Monday, officers responded to the diner for a burglary that had been discovered by employees. The investigation revealed that shortly after midnight, a male suspect entered the business through an unsecured window and stole two donation boxes containing approximately $300 in cash. The suspect then fled the area on a bicycle.
Officers reviewed surveillance video and identified Jose Dominguez-Morales as the suspect. A computer inquiry also revealed that he was wanted on a Superior Court capias for absconding from Probation and Parole in connection with a previous burglary case.
At approximately 3:15 p.m., officers located Dominguez-Morales in the 200 Block of South Queen Street and took him into custody without incident. At the time of his arrest, he was wearing or possessing the same clothing and bicycle seen in the surveillance video.
The investigation determined that Dominguez-Morales committed this burglary just days after he was arrested for two other Dover burglaries and released on a $9,000 unsecured bond.
Dominguez-Morales was charged with:
Dominguez-Morales was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $4,050 cash bond on the new charges. A no-contact order was also issued. He was held on an additional $7,500 bond for violating his probation.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a residential burglary that occurred Friday afternoon at Towne Point Apartments.
At approximately 6:36 p.m., officers responded to the 800 Block of Carvel Drive after a 21-year-old female reported that her apartment had been burglarized.
The investigation revealed that the victim returned home from work at approximately 5:40 p.m. and noticed that her front door was unlocked. Once inside, she observed that the blinds covering one of her windows had been disturbed. The window was unlocked, and the exterior screen had been lifted.
The victim later discovered that two debit or credit cards and an undisclosed amount of cash had been stolen. Investigators reviewed video surveillance that showed the suspect knocking on the victim’s door at approximately 3:44 p.m. The suspect was then seen leaving the apartment approximately four minutes later.
The suspect is described as a male wearing a light-colored, two-tone hat, a black T-shirt, green athletic shorts, and flip-flops.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has arrested two Dover men following a shooting that left a 17-year-old male injured Friday afternoon.
At approximately 2:20 p.m., officers responded to the area of West North Street and Simon Circle after receiving a report of a shooting. Shortly afterward, officers were notified that the victim had arrived at Bayhealth Hospital, Kent Campus, by private vehicle with a gunshot wound to his upper left arm. His injury was determined to be non-life-threatening.
The ensuing investigation determined that two suspects produced handguns equipped with large-capacity magazines and fired multiple rounds toward the victim while he was in the area of Simon Circle. In addition to striking the victim, gunfire struck the windshield of an unoccupied work van parked nearby.
During a search of the area, officers located numerous 9mm cartridge casings. Officers later located the two suspects in the area of Bertrand Drive and Lincoln Street. One suspect was taken into custody without incident. The second suspect ran from officers but was apprehended following a brief foot pursuit.
Officers recovered two loaded 9mm handguns from the front porch of a residence on Lincoln Street. One firearm had an obliterated serial number and was loaded with an extended magazine containing 24 rounds. The second firearm was loaded with a drum magazine containing 47 rounds and had been reported stolen to the Dover Police Department in 2023.

Benjamin George, 18, of Dover, was charged with:
George was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $198,000 cash bond.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Ayma Clark of Dover, DE. Clark was last seen on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at approximately 2:10 P.M. at a residence in the 800 Block of Miller Drive. Clark has a condition that if not properly treated, may pose a risk to her health and safety. Clark is a black female, 5’2″, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes Clark was last seen wearing a long sleeve red shirt, gray sweatpants, and no shoes. Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is investigating a homicide as a result of a shooting that occurred Friday night in the parking lot of CAVA, located at 1037 North DuPont Highway.
At approximately 9:47 p.m. on September 4, 2026, Dover Police received multiple calls reporting shots fired in the area. Responding officers located 18-year-old Foster Trader of Dover on the sidewalk in front of CAVA suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Officers immediately began providing emergency medical assistance to Trader while emergency medical personnel responded to the scene. Despite these lifesaving efforts, Trader was pronounced deceased at approximately 10:04 p.m.
Dover Police secured the area and began the initial investigation while detectives and additional department personnel responded to process the scene and gather evidence. Investigators recovered multiple spent shell casings from the scene. Investigators are also reviewing available other available evidence as part of their ongoing investigation.
At this time, no suspect description or suspect vehicle information is available for release, and no arrests have been made. The Dover Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting, including any events that led to the incident.
Anyone who may have witnessed the shooting, observed suspicious activity in the area around the time of the incident, or may have surveillance or other information that could assist investigators is asked to contact the Dover Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department has arrested Jose Gerardo Dominguez-Morales (44, Dover) for recent burglaries at a Dunkin’ location and at Delaware Shoppes. Domingues-Morales was identified as the suspect in both cases during the investigation by the Dover Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit. Domingo-Morales was located at the DART Bus Transfer Station on West Water Street on September 2nd, 2026 and taken into custody without incident on warrants for the burglaries. Domingo-Morales was arraigned and released on a $9,000 unsecured bond.
