Narrative: The Dover Police Department arrested 20-year-old Noah Blake and a 17-year-old juvenile during a firearms investigation Wednesday morning. The investigation resulted in the seizure of three firearms, including a handgun equipped with a machine gun conversion device.
At approximately 11:55 a.m., members of the Dover Police Department, Delaware Probation and Parole, and the Delaware State Police Kent Drug Unit conducted a traffic stop for traffic violations in the area of 318 North DuPont Highway.
During the stop, officers located two 9mm handguns inside the vehicle. One was a Polymer80 “ghost gun” equipped with a machine gun conversion device, enabling the firearm to fire fully automatically.
