Dover Police Investigate Shooting After Halloween Party 11-1-2014

Narrative:
A 22-year-old male was shot six times shortly after a Halloween party on Saturday morning. The incident occurred after a Halloween party put on by students from Wesley College. During the investigation, it was learned that a fight broke out among a group of party-goers. As the party then dispersed, a group of people exchanged words which was followed by an unknown black male suspect, shooting towards a group of subjects, striking the 22-year-old male victim a total of six times. The victim is currently being treated at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for non-life threatening wounds and is stable condition.
