Drug Investigation Leads to Arrest in The Hamlet Housing Development 2-1-16

Narrative:

A Dover woman was charged with drug charges as a result of a drug investigation.  Officers from the Dover Police Department executed a search warrant in the unit block of Village Drive as a result of the investigation and arrested 50-year-old Dorothea Freeman for Possession with Intent to Deliver Crack/Cocaine (4.2 grams of crack/.5 grams powder cocaine), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  Freeman was released on $3500.00 unsecured bond.  Two other persons were arrested in the home for capias’ (bench warrants).
