The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for 20-year-old Chilaporn Sripongsai. Sripongsai was last heard from at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 2nd, 2017. Sripongsai does have a condition that can affect her health and safety. Her destination, vehicle, and clothing are all unknown at this time.
