Dover Man Arrested Following Drug Investigation 10-12-17

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested a 29-year-old Dover man on drug charges following an investigation on Tuesday afternoon. At approximately 2:20 p.m., officers contacted Quaheem Hall in the 200 Block of South Saulsbury Road. Officers then discovered that Hall was in possession of 338 bags of heroin (2.366 grams). Hall was committed to JTVCC in default of $50,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin (Tier 2 Qty)
-Possession of Heroin (Tier 2 Qty)
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Violation of Probation
