Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 18-year-old. Charles Kleinbard was last seen on Monday, November 26th at approximately 12:00PM leaving an apartment in the 800 Block of Isabelle Aisle.  Kleinbard suffers from a condition that may pose a threat to his well-being if not monitored properly.  Kleinbard was described as a white, hispanic male, 5’9″, 119 pounds, with short brown hair.   If you have any information on Kleinbard’s whereabouts, please contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.

Probation Check Leads to Drug and Firearms Arrest 11-29-2018

Narrative: 

Dover – The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested a Dover man on probation on firearm and drug charges o Wednesday night.  At approximately 10:06PM, officers responded to Nathan Ward’s (53) residence in the 200 Block of N. Kirkwood Street for a curfew check.  Officers located marijuana in plain view and conducted an Administrative Search on the residence.  During that search, the following items were discovered:
-279.5 grams of marijuana
-126 .5mg Alprazolam Pills
-157 1mg Alprazolam Pills
-One Oxycodone Pill
-Approximately .6 grams of crack cocaine
-2 Digital Scales
-Packaging Material
-Approximately 100 rounds of .22 caliber ammunition
-Approximately 23 rounds of 20 gauge ammunition
-Savage arms .22 caliber/20 gauge “under-over” shotgun
-$6,070 in cash (drug proceeds)

As a result of the arrest, Ward was committed to SCI in default of $36,250 cash bond and Violation of Probation on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Firearm/Ammo by Person Prohibited (3x)
-Possession with Intent to Deliver (3x)
-Possession of Marijuana
-Possession of Controlled Substance (4x)
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Violation of Probation

Hospital Employee Charged with Theft of Prescription Drugs 11-28-2018

Location:   Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, 640 S. State Street, Dover, DE

Narrative: 

Dover – The Dover Police Department arrested a Bayhealth Kent General Hospital employee on theft and drug related charges on Tuesday, November 27th.  Public Safety officers from the hospital learned of suspected drug thefts from a pharmacy at the hospital and notified police.  As a result of the investigation, it was learned that Paul Davis (48) was stealing several prescription pills while working in the pharmacy for the past year.  Davis was arrested at his Felton residence without incident on November 27th.  

Davis was released on $72,000 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Tier 4 Prescription Pills

Traffic Stop for Cell Phone Use Leads to Drug Arrest 11-28-2018

Narrative: 

Dover – The Dover Police Department arrested Samuel Seymour III on drug charges following a traffic stop on Tuesday afternoon.  Officers attempted to stop Seymour in the area of North Caroline Place and Greenway Lane for a cell phone violation.  Officers observed Seymour attempting to tuck/hide items while he attempted to flee.  Seymour was stopped and found to be in possession of 6.7 grams of MDMA and 4.3 grams of cocaine.

Seymour was released on $23,201 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver 2x (MDMA/Cocaine)
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
-Resisting Arrest
-Drug Paraphernalia
-Traffic Violation

Burglary at Wireless Zone 11-26-2018

Location:   Wireless Zone, 75 Greentree Drive, Dover, DE

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating a commercial burglary that occurred at Wireless Zone on Sunday night.  At approximately 10:17AM, officers responded for a report of criminal mischief by a passerby who observed that the front glass of the business was shattered.  Upon arrival, officers observed additional damage to a door.  A short time later, an employee of the store responded and advised officers that three display cell phones had been stolen from the business.  Based on surveillance footage, it was determined that the incident occurred at approximately 5:13AM, by an unknown suspect wearing a blue hooded jacket/sweatshirt, white undershirt, blue jeans, and black and white sneakers with red laces.

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous. UPDATE:  The Gold Alert that was issued for Danyae Durham has been lifted after she was located and returned to family.

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 16-year-old girl. Danyae Durham was last seen in the area of West North Street at 6:15PM on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018.  She was last seen wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black book bag.  Durham is also 5’5″, approx. 130 lbs, with red hair. UPDATE:  The Gold Alert for Nicole Cinalli has been cancelled after she was located and determined to be safe on November 20th, 2018.

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 33-year-old .  Nicole Cinalli was last seen in the 700 Block of West Division Street on Monday, November 19th, 2018 at approximately 6:00PM   Cinalli was last seen wearing a  black Columbia fleece jacket, black scarf, and black sneakers.  She also has a left leg tattoo that reads “Michael.”  Cinalli does suffer from medical conditions that can present a danger to her health if not properly monitored and made statements prior to her departure that are cause for concern..   If you have any information on Cinalli’s whereabouts, please contact the Dover Police Department at 302-736-7111.
