Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 33-year-old . Nicole Cinalli was last seen in the 700 Block of West Division Street on Monday, November 19th, 2018 at approximately 6:00PM Cinalli was last seen wearing a black Columbia fleece jacket, black scarf, and black sneakers. She also has a left leg tattoo that reads “Michael.” Cinalli does suffer from medical conditions that can present a danger to her health if not properly monitored and made statements prior to her departure that are cause for concern..
