Two Arrested on Drug Charges in Downtown Dover 5-6-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department arrested two men on drug charges on Friday evening.  Officers stopped a vehicle occupied by Devon Cannon (29) and Russell Burton (28) after a computer check revealed it was flagged for “Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle”

While conducting a search of the vehicle, officers located 252 bags of heroin.

Both Cannon and Burton were released on O.R. bonds on the following charges:
Devon Canon
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
-Possession of Heroin
-Drug Paraphernalia

Russell Burton
-Possession of Heroin
-Drug Paraphernalia
