Dover Police Chief’s Advisory Committee and Dover P.A.L. Partner for Youth Video Contest

The Dover Police Department Police Chief’s Advisory Committee and Dover Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) is pleased to announce the U.N.I.T.Y. (Uniting Neighbors Initiative Through Youth) video contest to engage young Dover residents in crime prevention messaging.
