Four Arrested During Stolen Vehicle Investigation

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department working with the U.S. Marshals First State Fugitive Task Force, Delaware State Police, and Delaware Probation and Parole, arrested four subjects on Thursday morning after locating two stolen vehicles. Officers observed four subjects inside one of the stolen vehicles parked in the 100 Block of Willis Road. When the subjects were approached, they all fled on foot. All four were quickly apprehended without incident.
A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were released to their parents/guardians after being charged with:
-Receiving Stolen Property
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Resisting Arrest
Kymora Artis (18) was released on an O.R. bond on the following charges:
-Receiving Stolen Property
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Resisting Arrest
While fleeing on foot, Dontrez Dickson dropped a 9mm handgun. Dickson was later released on an O.R. Bond on the following charges:
-Receiving Stolen Property
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Resisting Arrest
-Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
