Two Men Arrested in Parking Lot with Firearms

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested two men firearms offenses in a parking lot located in the 100 Block of S. Bradford Street on Saturday night. Officers contacted six people gathered around a black Ford Fusion who were smoking marijuana at approximately 11:47 p.m. While contacting the subjects, officers observed two handguns that had been placed underneath of the Ford Fusion. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the firearms belonged to Jermaine Brown Jr. (20) and George Robinson (23). Upon checking the serial numbers on the weapons, it was discovered that both were reported stolen out of Delaware State Police Troop 9.
Jermaine Brown Jr. was committed to SCI on a $7,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm By Person Prohibited (4x)
-Receiving Stolen Firearm (2x)
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
-Possession of Marijuana
George Robinson was committed to SCI on a $24,000 cash bond on the following charges:
-Possession of Firearm By Person Prohibited (4x)
-Receiving Stolen Firearm (2x)
-Conspiracy 2nd Degree
-Tampering with Physical Evidence
