Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Brian McGuigan, a 51-year-old Smyrna man. McGuigan suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. McGuigan is described as a white male, 5’8″ in height, approximately 150 pounds with brown hair, and hazel eyes. McGuigan was last seen leaving Bayhealth Kent Campus on foot on September 30, 2022 at approximately 07:54 a.m. At the time, he was wearing a black sweatshirt and unknown color sweatpants.
