Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Paul Fleetwood, 58, of Dover, DE. Fleetwood suffers from a condition that may pose a risk to his health and safety if not properly monitored and treated. Fleetwood is described as a white male, 5’10”, 190 pounds, with gray hair and a beard. Fleetwood was last seen leaving a residence in the 300 Block of Alder Road at approximately 10:25 a.m. At the time, he was wearing a Philadelphia 76ers shirt and sweatpants with a red stripe.
