Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Monday afternoon. The investigation began at 12:43 p.m., when Dover Police received a call for a shooting in the 300 Block of Cold Spring Place Road. Officers responded and found a vehicle had been damaged as a result of the shooting. The ensuing investigation revealed that a victim was driving in the area of Cold Spring Place when the shooting occurred and his vehicle was struck. Thankfully, he was not injured.

There are no leads to release at this time.

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Jasmine Boggs, 32, of Dover. Boggs was last seen leaving the Dover Police Department on November 9th at 10:00 p.m.. At the time, she was wearing a red jacket, jeans and slippers. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her safety. Boggs is described as a black female, 5’3″ and 170 pounds.

At the time, she was wearing a pink coat, blue distressed jeans, brown Uggs, a grey/white hoodie, and a black head band. Attempts to contact her have been unsuccessful and there is a concern for her safety. Durant is described as a black female, 5’6″ and 120 pounds.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at Valvoline Tuesday evening. The investigation began at 8:56 p.m. Tuesday, when Dover Police received a call for a burglary at the business. Officers responded and noticed a broken window. The ensuing investigation revealed a white male suspect force his way into the business by breaking a window and once inside, removed property belonging to the business before fleeing. The suspect is described as a white male wearing a hooded sweatshirt, pants, and dark colored sneakers.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at Top Quality Reasonable Fashion over the weekend. The investigation began at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, when Dover Police received a call for a burglary at the business. Officers responded and the ensuing investigation revealed that sometime between Friday, November 7th, and Tuesday, November 11th, an unknown suspect broke into the business and removed clothing.

There are no leads to release at this time.

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Tuesday evening. The investigation began at 5:42 p.m., when Dover Police responded to the area of New Castle Avenue and Kent Avenue for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the victim. The ensuing investigation revealed the victim was driving in the alley between New Castle Avenue and Kent Avenue when a suspect began shooting at her vehicle, striking her windshield. Thankfully, the victim was not injured during this incident. The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’8″ tall and possibly 16-18 years old.

There are no additional leads to release at this time.
