15-Year-Old Arrested for Multiple Burglaries

Location:  Multiple Businesses Inside of Treadway Towers (9 E. Loockerman St.) and Governor’s Cafe (144 SW Kings Highway)

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has arrested a 15-year-old suspect for multiple burglaries. Mar-Ky Frederick (15), was charged with burglarizing the Governor’s Cafe on February 23rd, 28th, 29th, and March 4th as well as multiple businesses inside of the Treadway Towers complex on February 26th and March 4th.  As a result of the arrest, Frederick was charged with the following offenses:
Burglary 3rd (8x)
Attempted Burglary 3rd
Criminal Mischief over $5,000
Theft Under $1,500 (5x)
Criminal Mischief Under $1,000

Mar-Ky Frederick was committed to Stevenson Juvenile Detention Center in default of bond.  The below images were obtained from surveillance footage from Treadway Towers.
