Dover Man Charged with Heroin and Gun Possession 5-2-16

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit and Probation and Parole arrested 24-year-old Taylor Heesh during a drug investigation on Friday.  Heesh was contacted and found to be in possession of .6 grams of heroin with intent to deliver (sell) it.  Officers later conducted a search warrant at his residence in the 200 Block of Acorn Lane. During the search warrant, officers discovered 1.365 grams of heroin, a loaded .22 caliber handgun, and various drug paraphernalia.

Heesh was committed to JTVCC in default of $15,000 secured bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin (2x)
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited (2x)
-Drug Paraphernalia (2x)
-Possession of Heroin (Tier 1 Qty)
-Possession of Ammunition by Person Prohibited
