Narrative:

The Dover Police Department arrested 31-year-old Earl Marsh on firearms and drug related offenses following a traffic stop on Wednesday morning.  At approximately 2:15AM, a brown Ford Explorer being operated by Marsh was stopped in the area of N. DuPont Highway and Lepore Road for failing to maintain a single lane.  Marsh also had a suspended license and had a capias for his arrest.  While Marsh was removed from the vehicle, officers located a handgun inside of the vehicle.  Marsh was also found to be illegally possessing various prescription drugs.  Marsh was taken into custody without incident and was committed to JTVCC in default of $22,000 Secured Bond on the following offenses:
-Possession of Firearm/Ammunition by Person Prohibited (2x)
-Possession of Controlled Substance (2x)
-Possession Drug Praphernalia
-Traffic Related Offenses
