Traffic Offense Leads to Drug Charges for Townsend Man 8-21-2018

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department arrested Nathan Probst (19) on drug charges following a traffic stop on Monday evening. Officers observed Probst operating a silver BMW with expired tags. When they stopped Probst for the violation, the odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of 10 grams of marijuana, 20 hydroxyzine pills, 12 cyclobenzadrine pills, 15 alprzolam pills, 4.5 morphine pills, and 6 amphetamine pills. Probst was arrested without incident and released on $8,900 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver (5x)
-Possession of Marijuana
-Traffic Offense
