TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 13 Southbound Closed in Area of Delaware State University

The Dover Police Department is on the scene of a motor vehicle collision in the area of Route 13 southbound and College Road.  As a result, all southbound lanes have been closed from the main entrance of Delaware State University to the  College Road intersection until further notice.
