Shots Fired on 3rd Floor of Apartment Building 12-4-2019

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is investigating an incident where shots were fired in the 3rd floor common area of an apartment building on Tuesday night.  At approximately 11:24PM, officers received a call when a resident observed a bullet and shell casing outside of their apartment door.  When officers arrived on scene, they observed two shell casings and a bullet hole in a wall.  No injuries were reported at the time.  

The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact the Dover Police Department at (302)736-7130.
