Gold Alert Issued for Missing Dover Man 2-4-2020

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department has issued a gold alert for a missing 58-year-old man.  Daniel Herd was last seen inside of Sam’s Club on North DuPont Highway, but has a home address on Dyke Branch Road.  Herd made statements to others inside of the Sam’s Club business that are concerning for his safety.  He was last seen wearing a maroon sweatshirt, navy blue pants with a white stripe down the legs, and white sneakers.  He left in a white 1999 Ford Windstar van with DE TAGS: PC24385.
