Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for Lamotte McCollister (49), of Dover. McCollister was last seen leaving his residence in the Unit Block of N. Kirkwood Street on Thursday, May 7th at approximately 3:00PM. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a green jacket. McCollister has a condition that poses a risk to his health and safety if not monitored and treated.
