Man Wanted Following Afternoon Shooting Incident on S. Queen Street 8-26-2020

Narrative: 

The Dover Police Department is seeking a suspect that fire multiple gunshots in a parking lot on Wednesday afternoon following a domestic related argument.  Eric Sartin (29) of Smyrna fired two gunshots in the air and two shots at an unoccupied vehicle belonging to the victim of the domestic altercation in the parking lot of 642 S. Queen Street.  Sartin then fled in a gray 2009 Honda Accord with Delaware Registration: 11164.  No injuries occurred as a result of this incident.

Sartin is wanted for Criminal Mischief at this time with additional charges pending based  on the investigation.
