Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has identified the remains discovered on August 4, 2026, near West North Street and Banning Street as Tiffany Pendexter, 37, of Dover.
Pendexter’s remains were discovered by a grounds maintenance worker in an overgrown area near a retention pond. The area had not been maintained for approximately 13 months. The investigation remains ongoing, and additional information will be released when it becomes available and can be appropriately shared.
