Drug Investigation Leads to Arrest of Two Men

Narrative:

On Tuesday July 8, 2014 the City of Dover Police Department Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit began a drug investigation at 200 West Lookerman Street (Bayard Apartments) in Dover DE. An under cover Police Officer managed to purchase 14 bags of heroin from Defendant Keeno Exum (31) at the above location. On Wednesday July 9, 2014 an under cover Police Officer from the DVOC Unit attempted to purchase an additional 26 bags of heroin from defendant Dominique McFadden (25). A search warrant was conducted at Mcfadden’s residence during which 104 bags of Heroin was located in the groin area of his clothing. Defendant Exum was arraigned at JP#7 and was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $10,500.00 cash bond. Defendant McFadden was arraigned at JP#7 and was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in default of $10,000.00 cash bond.
