Dover Police Issue Gold Alert for 84-Year-Old Man

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department is issuing a Gold Alert for a missing 84-year-old man who suffers from dementia and other medical conditions. Francis P. Moore Sr. was supposed to be picked up at the Modern Maturity Center by his son-in-law between 2:30 and 3:00PM. It was believed that his son took him to the Modern Maturity Center earlier that day. During the investigation, police learned that the son may have taken Moore to a residence in the 200 block of North Kirkwood Street, however police have been unable to contact anyone in the residence in person or by phone, therefore officers have not been able to confirm the well-being of Moore. Moore is described a black male, 5’3″, 140 lbs, dark skin, gray hair, and was last seen wearing a blue jogging suit with black sneakers and a black jacket.
