Dover Man Arrested With Heroin 4-14-2015

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department Safe Streets Unit arrested 40-year-old Charles Pernot on Monday afternoon with 2.2 grams of heroin during a probation check. Officer from the Safe Streets Unit checked Pernot’s room at the Days Inn located at 272 North DuPont Highway and made the discovery, along with a digital scale. Pernot was arraigned and committed to JTVCC as a result of his probationary status. Pernot was charged with the following crimes:
-Possession of Heroin
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Violation of Probation
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin
