Narrative:
The Dover Police Department Criminal Investigations Unit is investigating an afternoon residential burglary that occurred on Tuesday, April 21st. An unknown suspect entered the residence between 1-1:25PM through an unsecured front door. Once inside, they used a backpack found inside the residence to steal a Playstation 4 and a game. The victim returned home during the burglary and the suspect fled out the back door with the property. The victim described the suspect as a black male suspect, 5’9″, 180 pounds, short hair cut, wearing a yellow windbreaker style jacket and black pants.
