Man Arrested After Shooting at Vehicle 6-2-16

Narrative:
A domestic argument led to the arrest of Jason Scott (29), of Hartly, after he shot the victim’s vehicle multiple times. Officers responded to the 1000 Block of S. Bradford Street at 6:46PM for a report of multiple shots fired. Upon arrival, officers observed a black vehicle with multiple bullet holes in it. Officers contacted a 34-year-old female who advised that she and Jason Scott were having an argument when she left in her vehicle. Scott followed her to a friend’s residence on S. Bradford Street and attempted to enter the home to contact her. Scott then left the home and shot the victim’s vehicle five times before fleeing. Officers later contacted Scott at his residence and he was taken into custody without incident. The firearm and additional evidence was also recovered. Scott was charged with the following offenses (Bond Information not available at time of release):
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Aggravated Menacing (2x)
-Criminal Mischief
-Endangering the Welfare of a Child
