UPDATE: Attempted Armed Robbery at 7-11 February 2016
UPDATE:
The Dover Police Department arrested Cory Schwartzmiller (23) with the attempted robbery from February 18th, 2016. Schwartzmiller was identified as a suspect during the investigation by Dover Police Detectives and later admitted to the incident during an interview. Schwartzmiller was released on $11,000 unsecured bond on the following charges:
-Attempted Robbery 1st Degree
-Possession of Deadly Weapon During Commission of Felony
-Wearing a Disguise During Commission of Felony

Narrative: The Dover Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the 7-11 on Thursday evening. At 8:07PM, a suspect entered the store and displayed a knife to the clerk and demanded cash. As the clerk was beginning to comply, a customer disrupted the suspect and the suspect fled with nothing. The suspect is described as a white male in his 20’s, with blue eyes, large build, camouflage mask, black cargo pants, gray sweatshirt, and black boots.
