Search Warrant Leads to Drug Arrest 10-20-16

Narrative:

The Dover Police Department, First State Fugitive Task Force, and Delaware State Police conducted a search warrant at a home in the 100 Block of Willis Road in reference to a fugitive apprehension.  Ronald Jones (38) was arrested without incident and found to be in possession of 24.1 grams of crack cocaine and a digital scale.  Jones, who was on Level 4 house arrest, was issued an administrative Violation of Probation warrant by Delaware Probation and Parole and was committed to JTVCC as a result.

Jones was also charged with the following offenses:
-Possession with Intent to Deliver
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Possession of Crack Cocaine Tier 4 Qty
-Possession of Counterfeit Controlled Substance
-Violation of Probation
