UPDATE: The Dover Police Department has cancelled the Gold Alert for Marcus Carney (20) after he was located by police. Carney was found safe and transported to a local medical facility.

Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 20-year-old man. Marcus Carney was last seen at approximately 8:45AM in the 400 Block of Federal Street in Dover and was wearing tan pants, grey hooded sweatshirt, and an orange shirt.
