Narrative:
The Dover Police Department has issued a Gold Alert for a missing 64-year-old woman. Shirley Downs was last seen in the area of S. Little Creek Road leaving her residence at approximately 8:00AM on November 12, 2018. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, red and green tights, and carrying a blue bag. Downs also uses a cane to walk. Shirley Downs does suffer from medical conditions that can present a danger to her healthy if not properly monitored.
